It's a bit pricey compared to drugstore creams, but you're not comparing apples-to-apples when this is quite natural and also cruelty-free. It seems to work well for most users, and the most common complaint is of the vanilla scent. If you don't care for scent, choose the unscented.

There are some that say that it doesn't work for them, and that it has irritated their skin. Of the irritation comments, more were related to the scent than anything else.
